We work with Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier and Klaviyo. The choice depends on your use case. Make is great for complex workflows between multiple systems, Zapier for quickly connecting apps, and Klaviyo for automating email and SMS marketing.

The most typical examples: welcome messages for new subscribers, abandoned cart reminders, customer segmentation based on behavior, automatic posting on social media, collecting and organizing form data and monthly reporting. We can automate any repetitive task you currently do manually.

We can set up simpler automations (such as a welcome email sequence) within a week. More complex projects with multiple connected systems and conditions take 2-6 weeks. We start with the most important automations and expand them over time.

Not necessarily. If you already use certain platforms (CRM, email, e-commerce), we build the automation around them. If you're starting from scratch, we recommend a suitable set of tools and set them up for you. The key is that the tools integrate well together.
