www.pakt.si is the website of the marketing agency AGENCIJA PAKT d.o.o. The site is intended to present the company, its services, references and to publish expert content on the blog.

The services we present: website and online store development, online advertising, social media management, e-mail marketing, design and print, and photo/video production.

It is not possible to buy products or order services directly via the website. Orders are placed on the basis of individual agreements and contracts concluded outside of this site.

Visitors can submit an inquiry via the contact form or sign up for the newsletter (e-news).

You may use the website to browse content, submit inquiries via the contact form and subscribe to the newsletter. Use must comply with applicable law and these terms.

The following is prohibited:

• automated collection of data from the website (scraping, crawling) without prior written permission,
• attempting unauthorised access to server infrastructure or administrative interfaces,

In the event of a dispute, consumers may file a complaint with the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia or use alternative dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS).

AGENCIJA PAKT d.o.o. is not bound to use a specific provider of out-of-court dispute resolution but is willing to take part in proceedings initiated by the consumer with the competent body.
